Please write in a clear and nice manner.
Provide all references needed.
Do not send a wall of text.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Follow all rules on the Ko-Fi and any forms or posts in regard to the commissions you are purchasing.
If you fail to follow all rules provided i have the right to decline you commission.

^{II. PAYMENT}

Half of the full price must be paid upfront.
The rest must be payed after the sketch is finalized.
The currency accepted is USD and Robux, which may be substituted for USD in the event of purchasing a Roblox avatar styled commission.
Robux shall only be payed through Roblox game passes unless stated otherwise.

^{III. PROCESS}

Once i start working on the commission, I will be sending potential sketches as many times as it takes to get it how the commissioner wants it, as long is it does not exceed more then 10 potential sketches sent for revision.After the Sketch is Finalized, Work in Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it.
WIPs may also be given if i, the artist, has any questions or worries about the commission.The time for your commision to be completed can be up to 4 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commision, complexity, technical or family issues

^{IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION}

I will do everything i can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is completed or near completion, only small changes are allowed to be made.
*Such as coloring / marking mistakesAny great changes will come at an extra charge.
*Such as outfit alterations, background changes, or anything that will have me completely redraw the character/s and/or the background.If the refrences sent were unclear and the sketch was approved, then minor changes will not be made without a fee

^{V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY}

I, the artist, hold every right to the product produced, not the commisioner.
Therefore i'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself at any place or site.
Display it anywhere to my liking
Post it wherever i wantThe Commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted art piece for personal use, unless stated otherwise
Print the art, and claim the right to the charchter(s) but not the art peice itself
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing or any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

^{VI. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY}

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have the right to cancel or ask a refund, but the amount of money refunded may be less then what you payed, depending on how much work has already been put in to your commission.
90% for sketches, 40% for lineart and coloring, 10% for rendering, and 25% for any animatingIf you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will forbidden to ever commission me, AndrLavndr, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
